cam simple sangat plak kan ruang tamu aku ni
one more aku rase tak berkenan ngan kaler ijau tu
rase nak tuko langsir, tukar cat, tukar tv bench
tuko tikar..tukar lantai..haish...ade sape2 nak taja tak?
ape-ape pun kasi tukar dulu seat cover kete yang dah berpeta2 tuh..

weight loss journey

i am near to obsess about losing weight
it was started since October last year
i first take shaklee supplements alfafa + lecithin and continue it while my stocks last
the change was very slow
i lost only 1 kg in a month
until i met my boss during taklimat
she is slimmer than 5 months before
she said its all about atkins diet
then i start searching what atkins diet is and study deeply
the journey began on 17 Dec 2013
in 20 days i lost 5 kilos
amazing right?
also save money
no need slimmer product or mist or cellulite cream what so ever
i still continue the induction phase until i reach the target weight
this morning my weight was 64.7kg..
fell so blessed Alhamdulillah
yesterday i ate a lot includes the food that i should avoid
because my mak send me manggis n rambutan
so teringin weh..
i ate 1 rambutan n 2 mangosteen
tu pun always worry and keep counting the carbs..
i also ate biscuits..sikit-sikitla..
late evening i did lompat bintang, and sit up n other exercise like mad
please ignore the grammatical error or sentence
i love this diet..makes my tummy looks slimmer
and i can wear my old blouse..

my arms need more exercise

my face also looks slimmer..love..love..love..

aku n famili sihat-sihat je
ni nak kate azam 2014 tu tak jugak
selalunya planning aku ni projected up to 8 years
dashyat tak..??
tapi untuk tahun ni je..
first skali aku nak apply mia membership
pehtu nak try apply acca
habis acca nak pelan-pelan buat proposal phd..
ha...kan dah melangkau tahun tu..
in 4 years aku nak setelkan hutang aku yang near 50k tu
at the same time cube kumpul duit sikit-sikit nak buat rumah in 5-8 years
pehtu jugak plan nak beli kete besar sikit..
adehh..pening kepale..
mane nak carik duit..

sekarang ni target nak loss weight dulu
berat ni dok statik 65 je
60kg dah sangat hensem tu..
okla hujung tahun depan cari balik post ni tengok tercapai ke tak..

the room looks better

I also stick the blackboard on wall

so hanan and nuha can draw

I bought at RM35

but one seller sells at RM26/RM28 if not mistaken includes postage yaa..

because she replied my message late

takdela rezeki aku..

at first I want to buy ikea punye blackboard tu

cost at RM79

but I think this is more affordable and has value for money

I also plan to hang hanan's work art at taska on wall

makin sepahle..

k la next time I will show the rest of the room..

I was wrong about the half of basic salary for pursuing phd
in fact they got full
so i can go to US to buy coach
sorry for the misleadings
yeay!! because I will be promoted..will get phd insentive, will go abroad, will..will..will
nay...because I have to start writing my proposal from now
I do not have idea until I searched for IPN grant..AG invited the research on fund accounting, accrual accounting policy and standard for federal government
as well as change management..
see.. how difficult it is
don't know where to start
don't khow how phd looks like?
for sure they will ask..what did you do in master class?
it have been 3 years since i left school dol..
and i gave birth twice
and i loss my memory
i was not in class actually
because when i started focusing enche ahmad called, hanan was unstop crying

as i only followed my lecturer/supervisor
the beta is unrelated to accrual
so what should i do..?
