long time no see
I am busy with my diet
also work
hohoho
very excited
hope I reach target 55kg
this morning enche ahmad said
"kalo tak 55kg usah ceritala.."
it was a challenge seyh..
I will prove it
nanti yo..!
as time goes on
I realize my organizing journey still far
eat less nak buat keje pun malas
I rearranged hanan's room
put the beds side by side
hope hanan will sleep alone
tapi tak jadinye..
the room looks better
I also stick the blackboard on wall
so hanan and nuha can draw
I bought at RM35
but one seller sells at RM26/RM28 if not mistaken includes postage yaa..
because she replied my message late
takdela rezeki aku..
at first I want to buy ikea punye blackboard tu
cost at RM79
but I think this is more affordable and has value for money
I also plan to hang hanan's work art at taska on wall
makin sepahle..
k la next time I will show the rest of the room..

    i am 64kg before but now 55kg.. your dream weight hihi tp sebab pendek so nk 50kg.. berat b4 kawen.. tp wieght loss bkn sbb diet.. puasa 2 bulan direct hari tu.. biasa la beranak masa bulan puasa hoho.. so dh nak dekat2 bulan puasa br kalot nak ganti jadinya puasa 2 bulan direct! breastfeeding summore.. terus turun n now static xmo berganjak dh.. ppffttt

  2. wow bestnye..puase pun leh turun..atkins ni diet rendah karbo..leh ambil 20g je sehari..tinggalkan nasi, mee, bihun segala bagai n gula..ambil protein dan sayur2 je..tapi jangan gandakan protein tu..nanti efek kidney..tak payah berlapar pun..sy ni slalu tipu..tu lambat nak turun..anak tak habis makan, rajin je mak die habiskan..:-)
